About us

Magus Consulting focus on new company formation and support services across the UAE. We are located in the heart of Dubai in Jumeirah Lakes Towers opposite the iconic Dubai Marina. Although our team are specialized in the DMCC Free Zone (The Dubai Multi Commodities Centre), we incorporate Companies across the UAE in various jurisdictions, and hold strong relationships with the majority of Authorities in this region.

Our specialised Consultants provide a range of corporate services for both international and local entrepreneurs, companies and investors alike, assisting to establish, manage and grow new businesses here in the United Arab Emirates. Since our DMCC office opened its doors in 2013, we have supported our clients and witnessed their ideas turn into reality, and their investments into profits.

We are proud to have formed over 600 companies since our incorporation and have worked with companies of all different sizes, from Fortune 500 companies to smaller SME’s. With this experience we are able to handle the re-location of foreign companies from all over the globe, as well as providing assistance to local UAE based companies already established in the region.
