Dubai Internet City (DIC)

Part of the TECOM Group, and licensed under the Dubai Creative Clusters Authority, Dubai Internet City is the Middle East’s largest ICT infrastructure built inside a Free Zone. It is home to ICT giants such as Microsoft, Oracle, HP, IBM, Dell and many others.

Dubai Media City (DMC)

Also under the umbrella of the TECOM Group, and licensed under the Dubai Creative Clusters Authority, Dubai Media City was launched in 2001 and encompasses a media community of over 25,000 people working in over 2,000 regional and international media related companies. Media City is home to industry pioneers in the sectors of news agencies, publishing, online media, advertising, production, and broadcasting.

Dubai Science Park (DSP)

In 2015 Tecom Group formed the Dubai Science Park with the intention to foster the growth of Dubai’s science sector. Now, years later it has become a successful business community that serves the entire science sector and supports entrepreneurs, start-ups, SMEs as well as multinational enterprises, offering the first private laboratories in the region.

Designed specifically for the needs of businesses and professionals who work in life sciences, DSP fosters an environment that supports scientific research, creativity and innovation. By providing ample office and laboratory space, a robust infrastructure and a vibrant community for its residents, DSP ensures a supportive eco-system for businesses to flourish.

Dubai Science Park offer activities such related to environmental, therapeutics, renewable energy, recycling, transportation, green buildings, organic products and so on, and also allows regional headquarters in this division to set-up and operate from this zone.

Dubai Design District (d3)

Dubai Design district is home to the region’s designers, fashion brands and creative thinkers! This is a place where creatives can live, work and play and where local talent can work alongside international design, art and fashion houses.

Within the district there are various work hubs as well as co-working spaces that are available to rent by the day, month or year.

d3's facilities will include residential, hospitality, retail and office space. The development will include a 1.8 km waterfront development which will be populated with food and beverage outlets, hotels, retail outlets and a multi-use outdoor space.

d3 is located close to Mohammed bin Rashid City and adjacent to Dubai's Business Bay. The district is situated beside Dubai Creek, and behind Burj Khalifa and the Dubai Mall.

Ras Al Khaimah Economic Zone (RAKEZ)

Ras Al Khaimah is located at the most northern part of the United Arab Emirates, with a population of approximately 375,000 people, and a GDP of AED 37 billion. Amongst the beauty of Ras Al Khaimah lies 64km of coastline with an average temperature of 27 degrees, making it a popular destination for foreigners wanted to set-up shop overseas.

RAKEZ is an Authority established to oversee and consolidate the late Ras Al Khaimah Free Trade Zone (RAK FTZ) and RAK Investment Authority (RAKIA). RAKEZ, now a world-class economic zone is aimed at offering highly customized facilities and services within an efficient ecosystem in the Emirate of Ras Al Khaimah and is home to 14,000 free zone and non-free zone companies, as well as hundreds of freelancers.

This Free Zone encompasses six dedicated areas, each catering to a variety of business requirements. On-site staff and labour accommodation can also be constructed if your business requires these on site.
